Our mission is to help small businesses run themselves. We’re starting with doctors’ offices, building autonomous systems that handle busywork and complete the workflows that keep the office moving every day. Our team is small, flat, and ambitious. Platform engineers build the systems that let Lassie’s agents do real work reliably: integrations, orchestration, data infrastructure, observability, and the foundations behind every new workflow we launch.
Requirements
- Python (Django, Pydantic AI), Postgres, Redis
- TypeScript, React, Tailwind
- Google Cloud Platform, Vercel
- Linear, Slack, Notion
Responsibilities
- Build the integrations, data models, orchestration, and reliability systems that let Lassie’s agents complete real workflows at scale
- Create internal tools, observability, and infrastructure that help the team launch new workflows faster and with more confidence
- Work closely with product and operations to turn messy real-world processes into dependable systems
