About The Position

Join CrowdStrike’s MacOS Sensor Foundation team supporting the Falcon endpoint protection platform. The team develops and maintains core macOS sensor components in user space using C++ and Swift, building platform capabilities for prevention, detection, and response. The Falcon sensor observes system activity, processes thousands of events per second, provides on-device prevention and remote telemetry to the Falcon Host cloud, and helps identify and block malicious activity. The cloud aggregates sensor telemetry across customer networks and presents prioritized threat information to operations teams. This Engineer 3 macOS role designs and develops the lightweight sensor deployed on macOS. The work spans core operating-system areas such as file systems, memory, processes, and networking, and some features share components across Windows and Linux. Engineers own features from design through delivery and collaborate with a distributed, cross-functional team.
