This 6-Month Software Acceleration Program is designed to identify, develop, and evaluate high-potential talent for the Software Account Management (SAM) team. It offers a transition from prospecting to closing roles, preparing participants for Software Account Representative (SAR) or Senior SAR positions. Top performers will advance directly into a SAR role, exceptional performers may be considered for Senior SAR placement, and those who do not meet expectations may conclude participation at the end of the program. The role involves working in a high-energy, outbound sales environment to demonstrate selling skills, advance deals, influence buying decisions, and drive SaaS revenue.
