The program prepares and evaluates talent for placement into Software Account Representative (SAR) or Senior Software Account Representative (Sr SAR) roles. It is a program role offering full benefits and a clear outcome: top performers will advance directly into an SAR role, exceptional performers may be considered for Sr SAR placement, and those who do not meet performance expectations may conclude their participation at the end of the program.
