About The Position

This 6-Month Software Acceleration Program is designed to identify, develop, and evaluate high-potential talent for the Software Account Management (SAM) team. It offers a transition from prospecting to closing roles, preparing participants for Software Account Representative (SAR) or Senior SAR positions. Top performers will advance directly into a SAR role, exceptional performers may be considered for Senior SAR, and those not meeting expectations may conclude participation at the end of the program. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a clear pathway into Software Account Management.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of outbound sales experience (SaaS preferred but not required)
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Confidence engaging with decision makers across phone, email, and social channels
  • Ability to manage high volume, handle objections, and build pipeline
  • Desire to strengthen full-cycle SaaS sales skills in a closing role
  • Comfort working within structured goals, metrics, and performance expectations
  • A growth mindset and strong coachability
  • Ability to travel less than 5% of the time
  • Must live local to New York City, NY
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required
  • Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed

Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound outreach and actively create qualified sales opportunities
  • Deliver compelling, value-driven messaging to SMB and mid-market prospects
  • Execute structured call, email, and LinkedIn engagement strategies
  • Partner closely with SAM leaders and sales partners to refine conversion tactics
  • Strengthen SaaS sales acumen through ongoing coaching, training, and hands-on platform experience
  • Demonstrate consistent performance within a structured evaluation framework
