About The Position

This 6-Month Software Acceleration Program is designed to identify, develop, and evaluate high-potential talent for the Software Account Management (SAM) team. It offers a transition from prospecting to closing roles, preparing and evaluating talent for placement into Software Account Representative (SAR) or Senior SAR roles. This program role includes full benefits and a clear outcome at the end of six months: top performers will advance directly into a Software Account Representative (SAR) role, exceptional performers may be considered for Senior Software Account Representative (Sr SAR) placement, and those who do not meet performance expectations may conclude participation. It provides a pathway into Software Account Management, focusing on outbound software selling with competitive base pay plus a sales incentive, hands-on exposure to SAM teams and the full sales cycle, and opportunities for long-term career growth in software sales.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of outbound sales experience (SaaS preferred but not required)
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Confidence engaging with decision makers across phone, email, and social channels
  • Ability to manage high volume, handle objections, and build pipeline
  • Desire to strengthen full-cycle SaaS sales skills in a closing role
  • Comfort working within structured goals, metrics, and performance expectations
  • A growth mindset and strong coachability
  • Ability to travel less than 5% of the time
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required
  • Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed

Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound outreach and actively create qualified sales opportunities
  • Deliver compelling, value-driven messaging to SMB and mid-market prospects
  • Execute structured call, email, and LinkedIn engagement strategies
  • Partner closely with SAM leaders and sales partners to refine conversion tactics
  • Strengthen SaaS sales acumen through ongoing coaching, training, and hands-on platform experience
  • Demonstrate consistent performance within a structured evaluation framework
