This 6-Month Software Acceleration Program is designed to identify, develop, and evaluate high-potential talent for the Software Account Management (SAM) team. It offers a transition from prospecting to closing roles, preparing and evaluating talent for placement into Software Account Representative (SAR) or Senior SAR roles. The program provides full benefits and a clear outcome at the end of six months, with top performers advancing to a SAR role and exceptional performers being considered for Senior SAR placement. Those who do not meet performance expectations may conclude participation at the end of the program. This role is designed to demonstrate existing outbound selling skills while accelerating the ability to advance deals, influence buying decisions, and drive SaaS revenue.
