The ideal candidate will possess well-developed critical thinking skills, basic knowledge of medical terminology, and the ability to communicate effectively with medical professionals. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with multi-tasking and basic computer knowledge. Training and experience must align with the clinical specialty area of children, adolescent, and/or adult patients, as well as family intervention. The position demands proven mastery of advanced sociological, psychological, and mental health care related interventions and issues. The role involves working autonomously, setting priorities, and making independent decisions of a complex nature, demonstrating effective listening and comprehension skills. Collaboration with others outside the service area is expected. A personal commitment to the principles, values, and ethics of the organization is crucial, along with modeling accountability for learning by sharing knowledge and learning from others. Building effective working relationships, expressing appreciation, and treating others with respect are key attributes.
