About The Position

NappStar DMV is seeking a creative and talented Hybrid Social Media / Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing and creating engaging content for our salon's social media platforms while also assisting the salon team with front desk duties.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of beauty industry trends is a plus
• Background in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred

Responsibilities

• Create, shoot & post content on social media platforms
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Monitor & report social media analytics on key metrics
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing content
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
• Check in/out clients at the front desk
• Assist with salon flow by spinning cycles as needed
• Submit Open / Close shift forms
