The Social Media Specialist supports DPR’s digital presence by developing, creating, and publishing social media content aligned with communication objectives and brand standards. The role monitors platform activity and gathers insights to inform content planning and audience engagement, while collaborating with internal teams to maintain consistent messaging across digital channels. The specialist also contributes to social media campaigns and supports team workflows through coordination, organization, and timely content delivery. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2–4 years of experience in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Create and schedule social media content across platforms in alignment with brand guidelines and messaging frameworks.
Monitor social media channels for relevant conversations, engagement opportunities, and emerging trends.
Collect and summarize performance data to support content planning and internal reporting.
Coordinate with marketing, communications, and creative teams on the development and delivery of digital content.
Support social media campaigns by organizing assets, preparing posts, and tracking progress to ensure timely completion.
Maintain digital content libraries, social calendars, and documentation to support team operations.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable digital communication standards.
