Social Media & Partnerships Manager

LodgeworksWichita, KS

About The Position

The Social Media & Partnerships Manager helps to bring LodgeWorks’ brands to life across social channels — turning existing and new photography, video and creative assets into scroll-stopping, on-brand content. This role owns the full posting lifecycle for Archer Hotel and LodgeWorks’ other brands: writing copy, designing, scheduling and publishing, community engagement, and measuring what’s working. Just as important, this person manages the relationships that fuel great content and reach — sourcing, vetting and partnering with influencers and content creators, and building relationships with local partners such as convention + visitors bureaus and neighborhood groups to extend the reach of LodgeWorks content and offers. This is a role for someone with a strong creative eye, sharp writing skills, and a talent for building partnerships. They are metrics-driven, organized and thorough, with strong communication and negotiation skills, and an innate curiosity and passion for storytelling through social media.
