About the position
We are seeking a talented social media coordinator to oversee the publishing and scheduling of content across various social media platforms. This individual will play a crucial role in implementing our new content strategy and driving key metrics such as audience growth, website traffic, and engagement rate. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of organic social media metrics, thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, and have the ability to generate creative and vibrant content. Strong communication and project management skills are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Plan, curate, write, and schedule social media posts in the content calendar and social media management platforms
- Manage the daily publishing of social content on Songfinch's owned social channels
- Execute the channel-specific content strategy to ensure Songfinch is a best-in-class brand in the content space
- Brainstorm and create vibrant content for various social media platforms
- Stay up to date with social media trends and platform updates
- Prepare social reports to evaluate the success of organic social campaigns and present them to stakeholders
- Collaborate with various teams to create social promotion plans for upcoming brand campaigns and initiatives
- Have 3+ years of relevant experience in social media or digital marketing
- Have experience with various social media channels and the ability to understand and improve key organic social media metrics
- Have experience using platforms like Asana, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have strong project management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Be people-oriented and have proven experience working as part of a team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in social media or digital marketing
- Experience with social channels, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube with the ability to understand and improve key organic social media metrics
- Experience using platforms like Asana, Sprout Social, Google Analytics (or other social publishing platforms)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
- People oriented - proven experience working as a part of the team with common goals
