About The Position

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media and Brand Engagement Specialist to manage our company's social media presence and enhance our brand engagement. This role involves creating compelling content, managing social media platforms, engaging with our audience, and reporting on performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent content creation skills, and a passion for visual design and polished production. Requirements

  • Proven experience with managing different Social Media and creating contents (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in social media management.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in Video Editing Software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro (Any Video Editing Tool).
  • Proficiency in Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva (Any Design/Editing tool).
  • In-depth knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and produce high-quality visual content.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for both visual design and polished production.
  • Existing home office setup with a conducive work environment.
  • Computer or laptop with specs of at least core i5 or higher/7th gen or newer, or its AMD equivalent, 16GB RAM, functional camera, noise-canceling headset, and dual monitor.
  • Stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download.
  • Back-up power and internet are required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage social media for the company and the owner's individual pages (IG, FB, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Handle core posting and engagement work, including content calendar management, scheduling, and responding to DMs and comments across various platforms.
  • Produce before-and-after content by editing raw photos and short clips into reels, carousels, and LinkedIn posts.
  • Create personal brand content for the owners on LinkedIn, including thought leadership posts, customer story posts, behind-the-scenes content, and employee spotlights.
  • Manage review and reputation, including chasing Google reviews, responding to all reviews, and managing Yelp/Next Door pages.
  • Provide light reporting with a weekly recap of posts, performance, and upcoming content.
  • Participate in quarterly in-person team-buildings, annual company outings, and annual year-end parties.
  • Undergo annual performance reviews with opportunities for pay raises.
