About The Position

We're looking for a Social Media & Affiliate/Influencer Manager for a vinyl accessories & matcha brand selling across Amazon and our own DTC stores. This role is focused on driving measurable results through social media and influencer partnerships, treating every post and partnership as a test to optimize reach, clicks, conversions, and revenue. The position involves managing both organic and paid-adjacent social media presence, as well as building and scaling a profitable affiliate/influencer engine across Amazon and DTC channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong testing mindset, be comfortable with data analysis, and have a proven track record in social, influencer, or growth marketing.

Requirements

  • A testing mindset: comfortable with hypotheses, experiments, and iterating quickly.
  • 3-5 years in social, influencer, affiliate, or growth marketing, ideally for a DTC and/or Amazon brand.
  • Demonstrable results in growing programs or content with supporting numbers.
  • Hands-on experience building and managing influencer/affiliate relationships at scale.
  • Strong comfort with analytics: ability to use dashboards, spreadsheets, and platform reporting to make data-driven decisions.
  • Solid creative instincts paired with commercial judgment.
  • Familiarity with the Amazon ecosystem (Brand Registry, Amazon Influencer Program, Attribution, Brand Referral Bonus) is a strong plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with paid social or working closely with a paid media team.
  • Basic video editing / familiarity with content tools (CapCut, etc.).
  • Experience standing up an affiliate program from scratch.
  • A network of creators.

Responsibilities

  • Run social channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.) as a testing ground, prioritizing formats and hooks that drive measurable action.
  • Build and maintain a content testing calendar with clear hypotheses, variants, and success metrics for hooks, formats, offers, and CTAs.
  • Partner with creative teams to produce high-volume, performance-oriented content (UGC, short-form video, founder/POV content).
  • Identify winning organic content for paid amplification and creator briefs.
  • Build, run, and scale the affiliate and influencer program from sourcing through negotiation, briefing, activation, and renewal.
  • Recruit creators across tiers (nano to mid-tier and up) with an emphasis on conversion efficiency.
  • Manage affiliate platforms and links (e.g., Amazon Associates / Influencer Program, LTK, ShareASale, Impact, Levanta, Archer, etc.) and structure profitable commission and incentive models.
  • Develop creator briefs that provide direction while allowing for authentic content.
  • Define and track key metrics: ROAS/MER on creator spend, CAC by channel, conversion rate, EPC, affiliate revenue, content-attributed sales on Amazon and DTC.
  • Run a structured testing cadence, documenting tests, learnings, and scaling/cutting decisions.
  • Build attribution across Amazon/DTC split (Amazon Attribution, brand referral bonus, UTM discipline, promo/affiliate codes) and acknowledge its limitations.
  • Report results clearly, explaining what moved the numbers, what didn't, and the next steps.
