Soccer Shots Internship Winter-Spring 2026

Soccer Shots - Lancaster•Manheim Township, PA

About The Position

The Soccer Shots internship is a seasonal internship running for 11 to 13 weeks from February through May 2026. Interns complete at least 120 hours, with a maximum of 30 hours per week. Weekly hours may vary based on the schedules of the intern and supervisor. Additional events may be scheduled, with dates and times communicated in advance. The internship pays $12 per hour, and sessions may be scheduled close to the intern’s residence when possible. During the initial weeks, interns work closely with members of the SSLL Leadership Team to prepare for the season through promotions, demonstrations, and enrollment-building activities. Coaching may make up approximately 50% of an intern’s workload during this period. Once the season begins, interns focus on delivering the program and may spend up to 70% of their workload coaching. Sessions may take place during daytime, afternoon, and weeknight hours, as arranged by the intern and supervisor. Interns must commit to some or all Saturday morning sessions, which end no later than 1:00 p.m. Interns serve as coaches and assist with the overall execution of a Soccer Shots season. They are expected to act professionally and arrive on time for assigned office hours, coaching sessions, and events. The experience provides exposure to the planning, scheduling, sales and marketing, customer service, and management aspects of a small business and franchise system. Interns may be eligible to receive academic credit through their educational institution; Soccer Shots can work with the institution to support the credit process.
