About The Position

Soccer Shots is seeking dependable, part-time coaches to lead engaging 30-45 minute soccer sessions for children aged 18 months to 8 years old. These sessions focus on skill development, character building, and fun themes. Coaches will travel within a 30-40 minute radius to various locations including preschools, elementary schools, parks, and community centers. This role offers a rewarding experience where coaches can make a positive impact on children's lives.

Requirements

Passion for positively impacting children’s lives through the love of sports and fitness.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle that is insured (travel required between sites).
Availability during Fall & Winter Seasons (September-December) within weekday morning (8:30 AM – 12:45 PM) or weekday afternoon (1:30 PM – 4:30 PM) timeframes.
Reliable and consistent.
Enjoys teaching fun, themed soccer sessions within a structured 8–10-week seasonal schedule.
Punctual and Consistent.

Nice To Haves

Prior soccer experience is not required, however experience working with children ages 18 months to 8 years old is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead engaging 30-45 minute soccer sessions for children aged 18 months to 8 years old.
Travel to various sites including preschools, elementary schools, parks, and community centers within a 30-40 minute radius.
Teach an age-appropriate curriculum focused on skill development, character building, and fun themes.
