About The Position

ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages is seeking an Order Builder to prepare customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Order Builders help ensure stores are stocked with Coca-Cola products by accurately building orders for delivery and preparing completed pallets for loading. The role uses industrial power equipment and involves manually moving product, maintaining date-code accuracy and proper rotation, and following safety and quality procedures. Employment is contingent on a pre-employment background verification, which may include drug screening and a review of driving records.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months of general work experience.
• Ability to repetitively lift, carry, and position product weighing up to 50 lbs. above shoulder height without assistance.
• Ability to consistently kneel, squat, and reach above the head.
• Ability to push and pull manual and powered equipment containing product loads for at least 100 yards without assistance.
• Ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to read information in small, medium, and large print.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks.
• Prior warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders based on pick tickets and accurately build them for loading onto delivery trucks.
• Build orders according to assigned load tickets using industrial power equipment.
• Manually lift and move product to restock and repack, ensuring date-code accuracy and proper rotation.
• Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards.
• Meet productivity requirements.
• Stage completed pallets in designated areas.
• Follow established company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and policies.
• Actively participate in Hazard Mitigation.
• Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.
