About The Position

As a member of Swire Coca-Cola’s Warehouse team, the Order Builder builds delivery loads from a variety of products onto pallets to fill customer orders for shipment. The role helps ensure customers receive accurate orders in a timely manner and that stores remain stocked. Work takes place in a fast-paced warehouse environment and involves powered industrial equipment, including pallet jacks and/or hand trucks, while following warehouse safety standards.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a 2:00 PM start and work continuing until completion. The listed pay is $19.50 per hour. The role requires the ability to work weekends and holidays when directed by the business.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain pallet jack operator certification within one month after the hire date.
• Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently; lifting may be repetitive.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a warehouse environment.
• Prior experience using a manual or powered pallet jack or a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Use voice-picking software and powered industrial equipment, such as a pallet jack and/or hand truck, to pull specified quantities of inventory and build orders onto pallets.
• Build accurate, quality product orders and secure them for transport before loading onto delivery trucks.
• Stage completed pallets in designated shipping areas.
• Inspect equipment daily and perform minor maintenance as needed to ensure it operates safely.
• Complete required training.
• Restock products in picking areas as needed.
• Attend assigned meetings and assist with special projects and events.
