About The Position

As a member of Swire Coca-Cola’s Warehouse team, the Order Builder helps ensure customers receive correct orders in a timely manner so their stores remain stocked. The role builds delivery loads from a variety of products onto pallets to fill customer orders in preparation for shipment and ensures accurate order fulfillment. Work takes place in a fast-paced warehouse environment using powered industrial trucks and following warehouse safety standards at all times.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM, with overtime required based on business need. Pay is $18.75 per hour. The role is Job Level 1.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain pallet jack operator certification within one month after hire.
• Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently, potentially repetitively.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a warehouse environment.
• Prior experience using a manual or powered pallet jack or a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Use voice-picking software and powered industrial equipment, including a pallet jack and/or hand truck, to build orders by pulling defined quantities of inventory onto pallets.
• Build accurate, quality product orders and secure orders for transport before they are loaded into delivery trucks.
• Stage completed pallets in designated shipping areas.
• Inspect equipment daily and perform minor maintenance as needed to ensure safe operation.
• Complete required training.
• Restock products in picking areas as needed.
• Attend assigned meetings and assist with special projects and events.
