About The Position

Soccer Shots is seeking a dependable, motivated, growth-minded Territory Coordinator for Clark County, Washington. The role initially focuses on coaching existing preschool soccer classes, building relationships with families, and establishing a consistent presence in the community. As the territory develops, the coordinator will train and mentor additional coaches, support program operations, and collaborate with leadership to expand programming and reach more children. The long-term goal is to transition from primarily coaching classes to developing and leading a team of coaches. The schedule is approximately 30 hours per week, Wednesday through Sunday, with Mondays and Tuesdays off. The role requires travel to and from the office and classes in Clark County.

Requirements

Complete an extensive background check and obtain clearance to work in a childcare setting.
Have a valid, clean driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel to and from the office and classes.
Have a clean driving record with no history of accidents or reckless driving and be eligible for company car insurance.
Be knowledgeable about Google's document structure and spreadsheets, comfortable using a laptop and learning new systems, and detail-oriented.
Be able to write and track reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals, present information effectively, and respond to questions from the general public.
Demonstrate strong communication, time-management, and self-motivation skills, including the ability to work independently and efficiently.
Be willing and able to work Wednesday through Sunday in Clark County, Washington.

Responsibilities

Coach classes using the Soccer Shots curriculum.
Train apprentice coaches in behavior-management best practices.
Call, email, and visit preschool and daycare locations in cold-call and warm-lead situations.
Communicate with schools and partners and close contract agreements for new programs.
Partner with the leadership team to put sales plans into action.
Record critical data in company spreadsheets and systems.
As the territory develops, mentor coaches, support program operations, and help expand programming.
