The SOC/IP Integration Engineer works on subsystem or SoC integration, including integrating first-party and third-party IP, generating third-party fabrics, performing quality checks, and preparing for physical-design handoff. The role uses Verilog/SystemVerilog and involves synthesis, timing constraints, floor-planning considerations, performance optimization, register integration, and design-quality closure activities such as CDC, lint, and RDC. The engineer ensures customer satisfaction and communicates progress to customers daily or weekly. The role requires in-depth knowledge and experience, independent work with minimal guidance, and the ability to solve complex problems using new perspectives and existing solutions. The engineer contributes to process improvements, provides informal guidance to junior staff, and serves as a resource for less-experienced colleagues. It typically requires 5–7 years of related experience with a four-year degree, three years with an advanced degree, or equivalent work experience. This is a fully remote position in the United States. Travel to an Arrow client office may be required at the client leadership’s request; remote employees may also be asked to attend the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes.
