About The Position

The Device Engineer will perform development and verification for a Flight Management System used in avionics applications. The role includes developing high- and low-level requirements from system requirements, analyzing system-level architectural requirements, and using them to design and develop software requirements. The engineer will provide technical analysis through artifact reviews; develop and execute test cases and procedures; generate execution results and reports; and develop support utilities to reduce cycle time and improve processes. The position also performs dry-run and RFS-related activities and requires coordination and teamwork. The role is fully onsite at a client office in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, beginning on day one, with travel to an Arrow client office as requested by client leadership.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
Ability to develop test cases and execute test procedures.

Responsibilities

Perform development and verification for Flight Management System avionics applications.
