About The Position

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring seasonal Snowmobile Guides Recreation Attendants to work at Nova Guides in Red Cliff, Colorado. The role is part of a team delivering guest experiences in a scenic outdoor setting. This is a driving position that involves safely operating company vehicles, including snowmobiles and vans, and transporting guests and team members. No team member housing is available.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 3 years of driving experience.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to safely operate a snowmobile and drive a van.
• Ability to maintain a safe atmosphere in the vehicle at all times.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests and team members, maintaining a secure atmosphere at all times.
• Perform regular snowmobile maintenance checks and promptly report mechanical or safety issues.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to maintain timely transportation.
• Keep accurate passenger-count records and immediately report incidents or accidents to management.
• Follow safety protocols throughout operations.
• Operate a company motor vehicle, including a snowmobile.
