About The Position

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time or part-time Housekeeper at Nova Guides in Red Cliff, Colorado. The Housekeeper ensures the facility is clean and meets high standards, helping enhance the guest experience. Nova Guides and Camp Hale Weddings operate in the Vail-area property, which includes a main lodge with a restaurant and retail shop and offers guided tours, rentals, and outdoor instruction. Team member housing is not available at this location.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Limited to no experience is required.
Working knowledge of cleaning utensils, dryers, vacuum cleaners, tools, and fixtures.
Ability to work quickly under pressure and follow instructions.
Ability to make simple addition and subtraction calculations.
No high school diploma or GED is required.

Nice To Haves

Previous commercial cleaning or guest service experience.

Responsibilities

Thoroughly clean and sanitize public areas, rooms, and restrooms; empty wastebaskets, transport trash to the disposal area, and replenish supplies.
Conduct walk-arounds of assigned areas to ensure the facility meets housekeeping standards; keep linen rooms and work areas neat, clean, and organized.
Interact with and assist guests on occasion while cleaning guest and meeting rooms.
Report maintenance repair problems to a supervisor.
Turn in and log all lost and found items daily.
