About The Position

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a part-time Fleet Mechanic for Nova Guides in Red Cliff, Colorado. The mechanic maintains the fleet through regular inspections, preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs. The fleet includes Jeeps, vans, pickup trucks, snowmobiles, ATVs, and Side-by-Side OHVs. The position includes operating company vehicles and conducting outdoor road or trail service calls for repairs or rescues.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have an unrestricted driver’s license and be able to pass a DOT physical.
At least 2 years of experience in fleet maintenance of trucks, vans, cars, and service.
Knowledge of OEM parts and vehicle repair, with knowledge of all aspects of fleet operations.

Nice To Haves

ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform general overhauls, tune-ups, diagnostics, and repairs on Jeeps, vans, pickup trucks, snowmobiles, ATVs, and Side-by-Side OHVs.
Inspect, diagnose, adjust, and replace necessary units and parts.
Perform complex diagnostics on vehicle systems.
Determine, complete, and document appropriate maintenance and repairs on vehicle components.
Perform and document preventive maintenance procedures according to vehicle specifications.
Conduct road or trail service calls for repairs or rescues, diagnosing issues accurately and safely.
Operate company vehicles.
