About The Position

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Sales Coordinator to join the team at Nova Guides in Red Cliff, Colorado. The role partners with clients, guests, and food and beverage teams to create and execute guest events. It involves local outreach, identifying sales opportunities, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, and assisting with event, retail, and food and beverage operations. The position is based at Nova Guides and Camp Hale, in the Vail-area setting. Team member housing is not available at this location.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Between 1 and 3 years of experience in hospitality, sales, or a related field.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel.
Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Network in Eagle, Summit, and Lake counties, using a company vehicle.
Participate in local Chambers of Commerce.
Identify potential new sales channels.
Work with sales, marketing, and operations teams to bring new products to life.
Assist with daily operations and/or event operations as needed.
Staff company booths at community events.
Work with the sales and marketing team to grow the concierge/affiliate program.
Help maintain retail sales items, including identifying new items to sell and stocking existing items.
Assist with front-of-house needs for food and beverage operations.
Compile contact information and enter it into a CRM system for email and other marketing campaigns.
Follow up on sales leads for rental and tour products.
