About The Position

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring part-time Front Desk Clerks at Nova Guides in Red Cliff, Colorado. The role is guest-facing and requires a friendly, outgoing, customer-service-focused approach. Front Desk Clerks greet and register guests, coordinate with housekeeping, process payments, address minor guest concerns, and monitor guest accounts and daily figures. The location is in Camp Hale, near Vail and Beaver Creek. Team member housing is not available.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have good interpersonal communication skills in person and by phone.
Must be able to multitask and function professionally under pressure from guests and supervisors.
No high school diploma or GED is required.

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Greet and register guests using a centralized registration system and coordinate with housekeeping as needed.
Manage cash and credit card transactions while maintaining accurate paperwork.
Resolve minor guest issues immediately and deliver items to guests as needed.
Monitor and balance daily figures and post room and tax charges to guest accounts.
