Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support to Slovenian-speaking clients via telephone, email, and live chat.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently and professionally.
• Log all customer interactions and case details within the company's CRM and ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical support, billing, escalations) to resolve complex customer issues.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and communicate feedback to management.
• Meet and exceed individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Participate in ongoing training programmes and team briefings.
• Uphold company policies, data protection regulations, and quality guidelines.
