About The Position

Slot Technicians are responsible for the overall repair and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical player terminals. This role involves ensuring the optimal operation of player terminals through repair, overhaul, and preventative maintenance. The Slot Tech will also assist in moving and installing gaming devices, and is responsible for the breakdown, relocation, and re-setup of machines and stands. Accuracy and thoroughness in departmental records and reports are crucial, as is adherence to departmental policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Six (6) months experience working as a Slot Technician, or other related electronics or IT experience.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Strong guest service and problem-solving skills.
• Able to Multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise, smoke, and temperature levels.
• Ability to secure and maintain STATE OR TRIBAL Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical player terminals.
• Perform repair, overhaul, and preventative maintenance of all player terminals to ensure optimal operation.
• Identify problems and solutions, and follow up with the Slot Tech Supervisor.
• Assist in moving and installing gaming devices as needed.
• Responsible for the breakdown, relocation, and re-set-up of machines and stands.
• Maintain accurate and thorough departmental records and reports.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed per the departments’ Internal Controls.
• Perform other tasks assigned.
