About The Position
Provide fast, friendly service, performing repairs and preventative maintenance on slot machines and assisting with jackpots/fills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned). Provides consistently prompt, courteous service to guest in professional manner. Maintains a safe, clean and comfortable work environment at all times. Maintains constant awareness of services, promotions, and events offered by Pioneer Crossing. Performs the repair and modification work on slot machines; repairs all aspects of mechanical and electro-mechanical slot machines. Submits suggestions to the Slot Dept. regarding improvements in operations and safety. Completes paperwork accurately and in a timely manner in compliance with company, state and federal policies and regulations; keeps paperwork confidential at all times.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written English language.
- High School level math knowledge required
- Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work successfully with the public and fellow employees.
- Knowledge of slot repair operations.
- Advanced electronic knowledge.
- Ability to multi-task
- Be aware of your surroundings at all times.
- Inform the Manager on Duty of any and all suspicious activity immediately.
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Nevada Gaming Registration
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Must be able to reach, bend, squat, kneel, crawl, and lift frequently
- Must be able to move about the casino and operational areas.
- Must have manual dexterity, ability to feel, use fingers, hands, operate tools.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Oasis is desired.
