About The Position

Happy Valley Casino is seeking a Slot Supervisor to join its Slots team. Reporting directly to the Slot Manager, the supervisor oversees Slots Attendants and supports guest service and day-to-day Slots operations. The position includes customer comp authority and may involve additional job-related duties as assigned. Employees may be required to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License; the license cost is covered by Happy Valley Casino.

Requirements

Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License required.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members effectively.
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, typically 6–8+ hours per shift.
Flexibility to work a varied schedule based on business needs.
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional shifts as required.
Ability to obtain and maintain all licenses required by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Promote outstanding guest service with a positive, outgoing attitude.
Directly supervise, evaluate, and train Slots Attendants.
Resolve guest complaints and disputes.
Administer departmental rules, policies, and regulations for Slots Floor Attendants.
Recommend, document, and issue appropriate discipline for Slots Attendants.
Maintain proper staffing levels.
Ensure positive, fair, and consistent treatment of Slots Attendants.
Maintain direct-line communication with Slots Operations staff.
Maintain employee history sheets.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Exercise customer comp authority.
