About The Position

The Slot Marketing Representative participates in marketing-related functions, enrolls qualified players, issues Boarding Pass cards and comps, and takes part in special events, promotions, and ticket sales. The role requires effectively and accurately operating assigned equipment, including a CMS standard computer terminal, embossers, Info Genesis, and scanners.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Knowledge of a computer keyboard.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and accurately manage multiple projects.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming registration.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience in a slot club or customer relations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Issue Boarding Pass cards and enter data into the system.
• Enroll qualified players.
• Issue comps to qualified players.
• Participate in special events and promotions.
