About The Position

The Slot Casino Service Representative, also described as a Slot Attendant, supports Floor Supervisors with casino floor operations. The role circulates throughout an assigned casino area and assists guests using slot machines by redeeming winning voucher tickets, making change, explaining game rules, and addressing general issues. The representative also pays jackpots and performs minor operational and guest-service maintenance of machines. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in slot operations in a similar position.
• Knowledge of casino slot machines and games.
• Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division relevant to the position.
• Ability to balance a cash bank.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for issued cash banks and tickets.
• Assist with verification and payment of W2G jackpots.
• Make change for players.
• Provide instructions for slot play.
• Promote positive public and employee relations by providing friendly service and being available to meet players' needs.
• Immediately report emergencies, including intoxicated, obnoxious, or cheating persons, to a supervisor.
• Report malfunctioning slot machines and affix an “out of order” card to them.
• Maintain a clean and safe area for guests.
• Pay jackpots.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
