About The Position

CentiMark Corporation is hiring a part-time Marketing Representative for its Stow, Ohio location, working 29 hours per week. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The role uses contact databases and other directories to identify key contacts at target companies, qualify potential roofing or flooring needs, and generate leads for outside sales representatives. The representative records pertinent lead information and introduces CentiMark’s local representative to prospective customers. Compensation includes an hourly base wage dependent on experience and skills, plus a bonus program.

Requirements

Ability to communicate professionally using well-structured sentences.
Clear, pleasant voice, good telephone manners, and an upbeat attitude.
Excellent listening skills to interface effectively with personnel at all levels.
Computer literacy.

Nice To Haves

Prior customer service and/or telemarketing experience is preferred but not required.
Basic selling and problem-solving techniques are a plus.

Responsibilities

Place calls using contact databases to identify key contacts at target companies and gather qualification information to generate leads for outside sales.
Call businesses using phone directories, computer listings, manufacturing directories, and other sources.
Ask about potential roofing needs, including repairs or reroofing, and flooring needs.
Complete literature requests and attach a reference list when needed.
Make follow-up calls after requested literature has been received.
Document leads with pertinent information for sales representatives.
Introduce CentiMark’s local representative in the area.
