Responsibilities

Represent All Weather Seal at retail stores, home shows, trade shows, festivals, and community events.
Greet and engage homeowners in a friendly, professional manner.
Educate customers about the company's windows, bathroom remodeling, and roofing services.
Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
Collect and accurately enter customer information into company systems.
Maintain an organized, attractive, and inviting booth or display area.
Achieve individual and team lead-generation goals.
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings.
