About The Position

The Sleep Expert elevates and enhances the customer's in-store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. The role involves learning about sleep products and creating an exceptional store experience, executing Mattress Firm selling programs with digital tools, and supporting a seamless omnichannel experience that keeps the customer at the center. The position offers base pay or uncapped commission and is compensated within a stated range of $50,000 to $62,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional bonus opportunities may be available for eligible roles at the Company's discretion. Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships and create an environment where the customer is always at the center.
• Provide customers with technical and product knowledge and serve as a subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, including resolving customer issues and sending delivery reminders.
• Maintain awareness of competitors, their advertisements, and the services they offer.
• Use social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Lift, push, or pull 50 or more pounds.
