About The Position
The Sleep Expert elevates and enhances customers’ in-store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. The role involves learning about sleep and Mattress Firm products, executing selling programs with digital tools, and supporting a seamless omnichannel experience in a compelling, engaging environment centered on the customer. Sleep Experts help customers find a mattress that suits their needs and support them before and after their purchase. This is a retail sales role with uncapped commission potential. The posted competitive pay range is $60,000 to $73,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience; additional bonus opportunities may be available for eligible roles at the Company’s discretion. The position is based at 804 East El Camino Real, Mountain View, California. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and provide proof of eligibility.

Responsibilities
- Create a customer-centered environment and cultivate strong customer relationships.
- Provide technical and product knowledge to customers and serve as a subject matter expert.
- Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
- Maintain customer relationships during and after purchases, including resolving customer issues and sending delivery reminders.
- Stay aware of competitors, their advertisements, and the services they offer.
- Use social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
- Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience.
- Lift, push, or pull 50 pounds or more.
