About The Position
The Sleep Expert elevates the customer's in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. The role uses Mattress Firm selling programs and digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience and create a compelling environment centered on the customer. Sleep Experts help customers find mattresses and products that support better sleep while building customer relationships and contributing to individual sales performance and company initiatives. The posting invites candidates to attend a National Interview Day on Thursday, November 12, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST, at 4340 Creekside Avenue, Suite 100, Birmingham, AL 35244. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong customer relationships and create an environment where the customer is always at the center.
- Provide technical and product knowledge to customers and serve as a subject matter expert.
- Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
- Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, including resolving customer issues and sending delivery reminders.
- Maintain awareness of competitors, their advertisements, and services.
- Use social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
- Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience.
- Lift, push, or pull more than 50 pounds.
