About The Position

The Sleep Expert elevates the customer's in-store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. The role uses Mattress Firm selling programs and digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience and create an engaging, customer-centered environment. Sleep Experts help customers find the right mattress and improve their sleep while contributing to individual sales performance and company initiatives.

This posting includes a National Interview Day on Thursday, November 12, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST at 7822 State Highway 121, Frisco, TX 75034. Applications are accepted until November 13, 2026. The listed competitive pay range is $50,000–$60,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional bonus opportunities may be available for eligible roles at the Company's discretion. Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships and create an environment where the customer is always at the center.
• Provide customers with technical and product knowledge and serve as a subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and key performance indicators while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, including resolving customer issues and sending delivery reminders.
• Maintain awareness of competitors, their advertisements, and their services.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50 or more pounds.
