About The Position

The Sleep Expert elevates the in-store customer experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. The role uses Mattress Firm selling programs and digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience and create an engaging environment centered on customers. Sleep Experts help customers find appropriate mattresses and improve their sleep while driving individual sales performance and key performance indicators.

This role includes competitive pay of $60,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional bonus opportunities may be available for eligible leadership and individual-contributor roles at the Company's discretion. Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships and create an environment where the customer is at the center.
• Provide customers with technical and product knowledge and serve as a subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchases, including resolving customer issues and sending delivery reminders.
• Maintain awareness of competitors, their advertisements, and the services they offer.
• Use social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Use Mattress Firm selling programs and digital tools to create a compelling in-store experience and support a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Lift, push, or pull 50 or more pounds.
