The Sleep Expert elevates the in-store customer experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and recommending best-in-class products. The role executes Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and supports a seamless omnichannel experience, creating an engaging environment centered on the customer. Sleep Experts help customers find mattresses and products that support better sleep while contributing to individual sales performance and company initiatives.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships and keep the customer at the center of the in-store experience.
• Provide customers with technical and product knowledge and serve as a subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and key performance indicators while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, including resolving issues and sending delivery reminders.
• Maintain awareness of competitors, advertisements, and services offered by competitors.
• Use social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull more than 50 pounds.
