About The Position

The Sleep Expert elevates the in-store customer experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. The role helps customers find the right mattress and improve their sleep while creating a compelling, engaging store environment centered on the customer. Sleep Experts execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience. The position offers base pay or uncapped commission, with compensation listed as $55,000 to $67,000 per year depending on qualifications and experience. Additional bonus opportunities may be available for eligible roles at the Company's discretion. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and provide proof of eligibility.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships and create an environment where the customer is always at the center.
• Provide customers with technical and product knowledge and serve as a subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and key performance indicators while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, including resolving customer issues and sending delivery reminders.
• Maintain awareness of competitors, their advertisements, and services.
• Use social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience.
