About The Position

The Sleep Expert elevates the customer's in-store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. The role uses Mattress Firm selling programs and digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience and create a compelling, engaging environment centered on the customer. Sleep Experts help customers find the right mattress and improve their sleep while contributing to individual sales performance and company initiatives.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship; proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull more than 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships and create an environment where the customer is always at the center.
• Provide customers with technical and product knowledge and serve as a subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and key performance indicators while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchases, including resolving customer issues and sending delivery reminders.
• Maintain awareness of competitors, their advertisements, and the services they offer.
• Use social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience.
