About The Position

Skilled Maintenance position for the 2026–2027 school year in Business Services. The role is scheduled for 8 hours per day, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, for 260 days per year. Step A pay is $29.29 per hour. The position requires trade and building-systems skills supported by training or work experience, the ability to manage regulatory compliance, availability for irregular or non-traditional hours when required, and a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Requirements

• Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, building-system (HVAC), fire-suppression, security, communications, or related skills substantiated by training or work experience.
• Ability to manage compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Availability to work irregular hours or a non-traditional schedule when required.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
