About The Position

Acts is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Skilled) to complete assigned work orders using general knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC. The technician also supports the preventative maintenance schedule. The position requires compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of technical maintenance experience.
• General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and grounds maintenance.
• EPA Certification for HVAC is required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must comply with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process.

• Support the preventative maintenance schedule.
