About The Position

7-Eleven is hiring a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician I to help keep its stores running smoothly. The role responds to service requests for minor repairs to a variety of in-store equipment, including beverage and food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers. It also handles plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance requests. The technician manages parts inventory and completes daily reports, with additional duties that may include training other Level I technicians, prioritizing work, and performing basic maintenance on structures.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in general repairs and maintenance.
• Leadership and peer-to-peer technical support skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to handle stretch assignments.
• Facility location ownership and time-management skills.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for minor repairs to a wide variety of in-store equipment, including beverage and food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers.
• Handle work orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues.

• Train other Level I technicians.
