About The Position

7-Eleven is hiring a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to help keep its stores running smoothly. The role responds to service requests for minor repairs to a wide variety of in-store equipment, including beverage and food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers. It also handles orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues. The technician manages parts inventory and completes daily reports, with additional duties that may include training other Level I technicians, prioritizing work, and performing basic maintenance on structures.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in general repairs and maintenance.
• Valid driver's license.
• Demonstrated leadership, peer-to-peer technical support, effective communication, ability to handle stretch assignments, facility location ownership, and time-management skills.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
