About The Position
Acts is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Skilled) to complete assigned work orders using general knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC, and to support the preventative maintenance schedule. The starting hourly rate varies based on skills and experience, with a listed pay range of $20.19–$24.91 per hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of technical maintenance experience.
- General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and grounds maintenance.
- EPA Certification for HVAC is required.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
