About The Position

Acts is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Skilled) to complete assigned work orders using general knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC, and to support the preventative maintenance schedule. This position requires compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of technical maintenance experience.
• General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and grounds maintenance.
• EPA Certification for HVAC.
• Valid driver's license that must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders involving carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC.
• Support the preventative maintenance schedule.
