About The Position
Acts is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Skilled) to complete assigned work orders using general knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, and to support the preventative maintenance schedule. The position requires compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of technical maintenance experience.
- General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and grounds maintenance.
- Required EPA Certification for HVAC.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Must comply with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process.
Responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders involving carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Support the preventative maintenance schedule.
